Howdy Autumn to you my friends!

I only play two or three online concerts a year and I like to make them really special. Meaning the collection of songs and stories, the background and ambiance of my space. What I really love is to take you somewhere, off into the places my songs sing of. Tumbling leaves and blustery winds, love and friendship, kindness and wonder.

So that I can reach out to people everywhere, I try to make these early enough on the
Westcoast so that those of you back East can watch and listen too. Hence the early start here where I live. Besides, it starts getting dark so early that it’s kind of fun to do a six pm concert — it keeps me from going to bed too early.

I have some new songs for you I will certainly play. But also, I’ll sing songs from my earliest
albums and others I've recorded through the years. Mostly, it’s just an evening for me to sing to you and tell you stories as if you were gathered at my house — or me at yours. I think you’ll love how very intimate it feels. If you put me on your big screen tv it’s like you’re sitting in my lap, Ha! But whether you’re on a laptop or computer or tablet or phone, if you put in earbuds or wear headphones, you’re going to be surprised at how rich and full the sound is. I love doing these concerts and want you to feel that.

So with the changing leaves and cooler days, let’s get together and enjoy each other on
